Hello, everybody!
I just completed the "Summer Symposium Workshops" hosted by "Savvy Authors.com".
While I was a "lurker" in several of the workshops, the workshops that I actually participated in are as follows:
- "Great Characters--Great Hooks: How to Put 'Em Together" with Shannon Donnelly.
- ""Muse. Breathe. Focus. Achieve." with Stacia Kelly.
- "Series Pitfalls" with Dyanne Davis.
Furthermore, Dyanne Davis has asked me to be a guest on her website; she will be interviewing me in the very near future. I am so honored! It will be my very first interview on a website ever!
And guess what! I was one of the blessed individuals that won a "raffle prize" from the "Summer Symposium Workshops". My prize was a book entitled "WRITING ROMANCE" that was donated by Beth Barany.
The first thing on my agenda is the fabulous, FREE online writer's conference called: "WriteOnCon.com" which will be held from 10 through 12 August 2010, inclusive.
Next in line for my events at the "Savvy Authors.com" site are the following workshops:
- "Tickets to Ride: Basic Historical Research"; Instructor: Beth Daniels; Dates: 30 Aug-05 Sept 2010.
- "Creating Your Own Book Trailer"; Instructor: Kris Tualla; Dates: 05 Sept-19 Sept 2010.
I guess that's all for now, folks. I'll check in as soon as I have any more news. I let you know when my interview with Dyanne Davis will be posted so you can check it out, OK?

And I'm glad somebody's looking forward to my interview besides me. I was afraid that everybody else in the world would be bored to tears learning anything about ME!

Hi Cynde!! So sorry to have not replied to your comment on the post the other day - it has been crazy around my Kingdom (what with our new addition & all). Yes, Liza contacted me & has claimed the Harper Lee Prize Package - don't worry I have another contest up my sleeve soon and it will be a doozie!!!
I LOVE YOUR BLOG!!! It is beautiful and just as sweet as I knew it would be. I will follow you this afternoon (work comp firewalls won't let me view follower lists...annoying but can't change that!)
Anyway, I am so glad that you discovered the Kingdom and honey there are no peasants there - only a Royal court full of wonderful blogger friends like yourself ;o)
